Dr. Marcus Mottley is a Clinical Psychologist, Executive Coach and Seminar Leader. He has more than 45 years of experience in the fields of education, mental health, executive coaching, emotional and social intelligence, and human resource & organizational development. He develops and presents keynotes and seminars internationally, and provides consulting and leadership development services to corporations, associations, government agencies and community organizations in the Caribbean, the United States and Europe, and has executive coaching clients worldwide. His focus is on helping people to change their lives and keep those changes that they want – at home, at work or in their communities.

Dr. Mottley has extensive training in the use of management and organizational assessment tools and is a certified training manager, certified business and life coach, certified Positive Psychology Coach, certified seminar leader and is a trained professional speaker. He has been a member of the American Seminar Leaders Association, Toastmasters International and the National Speakers Association. He is a three-time winner of Toastmasters International Public Speaking Contest for District 36 representing Washington, DC & Maryland. He is also certified in several psychological approaches to healing including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Brief Strategic Therapy, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Hypnotherapy and is certified to use several personnel and leadership assessment tools including the DISC and extensive experience with the Emotional Intelligence scale EQ-I 2.0 and EQ360.

He has over 45 years of practice and experience in Asian and African paths to meditation, martial arts, and methods of personal and spiritual empowerment.
